That’s indeed something. That guy (and his helpers) did quite good job. The whole body looks really nice and I cannot spot much things that would be out of proportions.

Exactly. He said he had a real one and digitized each part, then enlarged all of them by 40%, and fed the data into his sheet metal company machines.
I’ve seen lots of “attempts” at making oversize VWs, most notable that giant bus, Walter*, but they pale in comparison to the attention to detail on this one.
When/if
it ever goes up for sale, there will be quite the bidding war!
